Since 1978, E3 Community Services, E3 has educated, enabled and empowered adults and children of all abilities to live their best lives.
E3 Community Services is a non-profit, registered charitable organization proudly serving Simcoe County. Our mission is to uplift community members and families through inclusive support services. We strive to ensure that people of all abilities, both adults and children, can fully participate as valued community members. We advocate for equality and foster a sense of belonging where everyone feels accepted, respected, and supported. Join us in creating opportunities in Collingwood, Wasaga Beach, Stayner, and the surrounding areas of South Georgian Bay.
Where families come together to play, learn and connect
Our free programs are built on the four foundations of learning: Belonging, Well-being, Expression, and Engagement. All sites provide access to play and inquiry-based learning, information on child development, parent education, early learning activities, referrals to community resources, nutrition information, and pre- and postnatal resources.
EarlyON Centres provide services that are child and family-centred, community-driven, integrated and collaborative, developmentally appropriate, socially inclusive, and evidence-based. Meet and build connections with other parents, caregivers and children in the community.
Our knowledgeable, qualified, and caring Early Learning Professionals provide a welcoming, supportive, and accessible place where all children, parents, and caregivers belong. Connect through informal conversations or one-on-one to receive resources tailored to your family’s/child’s unique needs. Attend parenting and child development information sessions and workshops.
